Crypto trading carries a high risk of loss. TRIAD gives you information and tools, never advice. You make every decision and set every level. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

1. What TRIAD is

TRIAD Terminal is an information, analysis and tools service for crypto investors, operated by MyMeshed. It shows you market data and analysis, and it lets you set and automate your own buy and sell levels. It is a research and execution tool. It is not a broker, an exchange, a fund, or a financial adviser.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing TRIAD shows you is financial, investment, or trading advice, and nothing is a personal recommendation to buy or sell any asset. The desk's reads, debates, and any levels it highlights are general information and analysis to help you think for yourself. Every decision is yours alone.

3. You decide, you instruct

Every buy or sell level, size, and automation on TRIAD is chosen by you. When you turn on automatic execution, TRIAD is carrying out your own instruction at the level you set, the same as a limit order you placed yourself. You are responsible for the orders placed from your account.

4. We cannot touch your money

TRIAD connects to your exchange with a key that can trade but can never withdraw. Your funds stay on your own exchange at all times. TRIAD cannot move, hold, or withdraw them, by design.

5. Crypto is risky

Crypto assets are highly volatile and you can lose some or all of your money. Past performance is never a guide to future results. Only commit what you can afford to lose.

6. No guarantee, limited liability

TRIAD is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee any result, profit, uptime, or that any data, analysis, alert, or execution is accurate, timely, or free of error. To the fullest extent the law allows, MyMeshed is not liable for any loss arising from your use of TRIAD or from the decisions you make.

7. Your account

You must be of legal age and eligible to use your connected exchange. You are responsible for your account, your API keys, and keeping your access secure. You can cancel at any time.

8. Who we are

TRIAD Terminal is a product operated by MyMeshed, registered in the Netherlands. Questions: hello@mymeshed.com.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and any dispute is subject to the competent Dutch courts.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of TRIAD means you accept the version in force at the time.
