Crypto trading carries a high risk of loss. TRIAD gives you information and research, never advice and never a personal recommendation. It does not place orders. You make every decision and set every level. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

1. What TRIAD is

TRIAD Terminal is an information, research and analysis service for crypto investors, operated by MyMeshed. It reads the balances on exchange accounts you connect, shows you market data and analysis, and watches price levels that you choose and tells you when they are reached. It is a research and monitoring tool. It is not a broker, an exchange, a fund, a portfolio manager, or a financial adviser.

2. Not financial advice, and not a personal recommendation

Nothing TRIAD shows you is financial, investment, or trading advice, and nothing is a personal recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. The desk describes what is happening in the market and in your own book, sets out the arguments on both sides, and stops there. It does not tell you what to do with your money and it will not suggest an action for your specific position. Every decision is yours alone.

3. What the AI produces, and what it is not

TRIAD's reads, briefings, debates and chat are generated with the help of automated systems and are provided solely for informational and educational purposes. They do not constitute investment, legal or tax advice, do not constitute investment brokerage, and are not a recommendation to enter into any transaction. They are not connected to any advisory service, because TRIAD does not offer one. Automated analysis can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and you should not rely on it as the sole basis for any decision.

4. TRIAD does not place orders

TRIAD is alert-only. It reads your balances and watches the levels you set, then notifies you. It does not place, transmit, route or execute orders, and it does not act on your behalf on any exchange. When a level you set is reached, TRIAD tells you, and you decide whether to act and place any order yourself on your own exchange.

5. We cannot touch your money

TRIAD connects to your exchange with a read-only API key. Your funds stay on your own exchange at all times. TRIAD cannot move, hold, withdraw or trade them. Where an exchange lets us check a key's own permissions, a withdraw-enabled key is refused outright; where an exchange does not expose that check, we tell you so and ask you to create a view-only key.

6. You decide, and you are responsible

Every level, size and watchlist entry on TRIAD is chosen by you. Any order you place is placed by you, on your own exchange, on your own judgement. You are responsible for your own decisions and for the consequences of them.

7. Crypto is risky

Crypto assets are highly volatile and you can lose some or all of your money. Past performance is never a guide to future results. Market data, indicators and analysis can be delayed, wrong, or incomplete. Only commit what you can afford to lose.

8. No guarantee, limited liability

TRIAD is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee any result, profit, uptime, or that any data, analysis or alert is accurate, timely or free of error. Alerts depend on third party exchanges and networks and may be delayed or missed. To the fullest extent the law allows, MyMeshed is not liable for any loss arising from your use of TRIAD or from the decisions you make.

9. Your account

You must be of legal age and eligible to use your connected exchange. You are responsible for your account, your API keys, and keeping your access secure. You can disconnect any exchange, and cancel, at any time.

10. Who we are

TRIAD Terminal is a product operated by MyMeshed, registered in the Netherlands. Questions: hello@mymeshed.com.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and any dispute is subject to the competent Dutch courts.

12. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of TRIAD means you accept the version in force at the time.
